Sometimes something small can trigger a thought and then another thought. Then before you know it you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, heading down the same old familiar road which you have been down before.

If you can catch this thought pattern in the early stages it’s much easier to turn your thoughts around to better feeling thoughts. Sometimes you are just too far gone and may start to feel inadequate, overwhelmed, frustrated.

These are negative feelings.

Ask yourself, do you really want to feel this way?

Ask yourself not how you got to feeling overwhelmed as more thoughts like this will bombard you. Accept you’ve stopped yourself thinking overwhelm, and know and trust that you can feel better.

Ultimately, the position of overwhelm can be a good position. It helps you to recognise what you don’t want and what you actually do want from your life.

Know that by being in this position, trust that you can request to the Universe, or God or whatever your belief that you have asked for what it is that you do want.

It’s all about feeling good.

If you want to feel good, ask to feel good. Because when you do feel good recognise that this in the realisation that you have manifested the thought of feeling good.


Start to feel good, let those thoughts attract similar thoughts and build the momentum of feeling good.

Life is all about feeling good, taking the rough with the smooth. It wouldn’t be human nature to feel good 100% of the time. Take into account that the times where you don’t feel 100% good that you know that something better is coming. Know that this is the time that you are asking for something more in your life.

Know that from the negative situations, from the feeling of overwhelm, you can reset yourself, take a nap, go to bed, sleep and reset your day. If you have time them meditate. Reset yourself if you can.

If you can’t reset yourself then choose a better feeling thought, then choose another better feeling thought.

Sometimes looking at life, reliving your past or letting your mind runaway with negative thoughts can cause all kinds of negative feelings. Some people actually live this way all day everyday.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

You get to choose your thoughts.

You get to choose your reactions.

You always have the choice on how you react, how you feel and what you think. No one else can think for you. You have total control over your thoughts and your feelings.

Sometimes you have to remember to take a step back, take a deep breath. Remember how good it feels to feel good. Know that you can feel better. Know that you can do this. Know that you can be, have or do anything you want.

It takes practise, it takes positivity.

Be the person that you want to be.

Make the difference in your life with your thoughts and your feelings.
