It’s okay to have a bad day, not all days are perfect, striving for perfection is not exactly realistic.
When we have a bad day, don’t punish yourself, don’t feel guilty, don’t feed those negative thoughts and feelings, know and trust that tomorrow will be a better day. It’s about setting the intention for tomorrow, it may only last until you have a shower, it may last until lunch time, but unless you set the intention for tomorrow to be a better day than today then you may just end up having the same sort of day.
It boils down to Law of Attraction, you put out those thoughts and feelings and more of those feelings and thoughts come back to you.
Give yourself a break, accept the bad day and move on. Dwell on it and it will just send you more to dwell on.
This can be easier said than done, trust me, I’ve had one hell of a day today, but here I am accepting it and moving forwards.
I’m thinking and also knowing that I am not the only person that has had a bad day today. It’s not going to be my last either.
What I do know is that out of today I have realised what I do want and have some idea of how to make a change and go about getting what it is that I do want.
That’s the point, if you don’t have bad days, times or experiences, then how would you know what you do want? Without that contrast of experience how would you know?
You get to choose how you feel. Realise it’s a bad day and move on. We’re all human and each day is different, make each thought count.
When you put your head on your pillow tonight, breathe, breathe and breathe. Be mindful about being calmer, be mindful to make peace with where you are and set yourself the intention that tomorrow will be a better day.
